Who owns the content

Planivita's characters, themes, backgrounds, illustrations, animations, sounds, texts, design and software are Planivita's work or used under license. They are protected by Mexico's Federal Copyright Law and by international treaties such as the Berne Convention.

What you can do

Use the characters and themes inside Planivita to create, publish and share your invitations. If your event is Premium, you may also print and share the downloaded image of your own invitation for that event.

What is not allowed

• Downloading, extracting or copying the character, theme or background files outside the service.
• Using programs, bots or scripts to download or collect the content automatically.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or copying the software, its animations or its rigs.
• Redistributing, selling or sublicensing the content, or using it in other products, templates or services.
• Using the content to train artificial intelligence models.
• Removing or altering the copyright notices or the fingerprints of the files.

Fingerprint

Every character, background and animation file carries an invisible, unique fingerprint. It proves which exact file a copy came from, even if the notice is removed or the file is reformatted or rounded.

Report a copy or request a takedown

If you find our content outside Planivita, or believe something on Planivita infringes your rights, write to contacto@planivita.com with the link and the details. We handle takedown notices under the applicable law, including the DMCA for users in the United States.
